this amazing chocolate layer cake from Gourmet Magazine /
Epicurious.com. This cake is moist and rich, and everyone who tries it thinks it is delicious. In fact, this cake is everything a chocolate cake should be - it actually tastes like chocolate, and not some diluted, dry, cakey substitute for chocolate.

I followed the recipe exactly, because FavoriteBoy loves his chocolate - and lots of it - but I also think this cake would be delicious with a raspberry filling (or any other fruit filling you wanted to use).
